Automatic question answering in the CMS

Automatic question answering refers to a question-and-answer function that can answer user-generated questions concisely and accurately. Compared to searching with keywords, question answering can save a lot of time and money. Provided that the underlying archive contains the desired information in a recognizable form, the following questions, for example, can be answered; hypothetical answers are also given for illustrative purposes:
